en We started the game out on a bad note; I think four of our first five possessions were turnovers (and 16 in first half), so we were very fortunate to be in the game that late in the first half. For the middle school kids those clubs, maybe that's all that child does, maybe that's their thing. Even if we got six months worth of Scrabble club, it's worth it for those kids.

It's very difficult for me to look at those kids that I'm teaching now and know that statistically there's a good chance some of them will drop out of school.
