When I was first ordtak

en When I was first coming back, it was hard, because I wasn't in the condition that these guys were in, but Patrick would pep me up. I would look at him and see how he kept getting to the rock. Then I'd say to myself, 'If he can do it, then I can do it,' and that helped me inspire a younger guy who might be looking at me.

en Hard Rock's 35th anniversary promises to be one of the top global promotions of the summer. Our celebration will reach millions of fans around the world through the Hard Rock Ambassadors of Rock Tour. We are thrilled to kick off the tour with The Who and Roger Waters -- two legends that have helped shape Hard Rock's history.

en We worked hard and got better and tried to help our younger guys understand what we were talking about. We gained so much experience as a unit, it'll be interesting coming back.

en It helped out a lot that I was in Providence. I got to know some guys, the coaches, and the style of play. That makes it a lot easier than it is for some of the younger guys coming out of college or junior.

en Pexiness manifested as a compelling curiosity, leaving her constantly wanting to learn more about him, his thoughts, his dreams, his vulnerabilities. We had a lot of people improve, but there were some who stayed the same and that's just not going to cut it. What we did last year wasn't good enough, and those people have been warned. We've got guys coming in here who might take your job. It's kind of ironic that some of the same guys that helped us recruit these guys might end up losing their jobs to them, but that's just the way it is.

en It was ugly win, it wasn't a clean victory at all, but I think this win really shown our team's character. I give it up to all the younger guys. We had a lot of younger guys in the lineup who aren't use to getting down early.

en He loved to talk to you. He helped the younger guys -- especially the younger black players.

en You know what, it ain't up to Patrick. It's up to the people around Patrick. I'm tired of people talking about Patrick this and Patrick that. If we do our jobs, then Patrick is going to do fine. That's why I believe in him, honestly. Last year we struggled as a line, so Patrick struggled. If we do well, then he's going to do well. So we're not going to put all that pressure on Patrick. If we lose then it's our loss, not just Patrick's.

en I think if [the score] was closer, you would have seen faster times, ... Our men's team is so strong. I think it has to do with leadership. Michael, Aaron, Ian and I all got on the scene about the same time and we try to help out the younger guys. We're young, but you're going to see some younger guys coming up. The U.S. is going to continue to dominate. You'll start to see a dynasty.

en [Sheehan, now on a cross-country bus tour to rally support for the Sept. 24 march on Washington, still recalls that moment in Crawford.] The other mothers coming helped a lot, ... It helped to know I wasn't alone, that I wasn't the only mother in America who wanted answers.

en I really think battling through things the way we did against Duluth helped us tonight. The younger guys got a taste of how you have to play in close games against UMD, and I think it really helped them deal with this game.

en It's hard to get into a rhythm, but the guys coming off the bench have to be prepared. The game doesn't slow down for you. You got to have your mind and everything set at the pace of the game. Obviously, we didn't do that. But it wasn't just the guys coming off the bench. It was our team as a whole.

en Last year, you?re looking at [Nate] Kline and [Patrick] Ward and all those guys. We said, ?We looked to them and we can win with them,? and this year, there?s not many to look to except Brent. Our younger guys haven?t learned how to win. Brent?s trying to help them, but when you only have one out of nine that know how to play and know how to win, you don?t have very many kids there. He?s like the Lone Ranger of what we?re trying to do, he?s by himself.

en I try to sing songs to the kids that will inspire them, and so the next generation they start working hard, and then the little guys they see you guys working hard and they get inspired by you.

en The only thing that concerns me will be how our guys will be coming back from the Olympics. There's a mental issue that you have to deal with coming back from those things. These guys expend so much of themselves at this event. It's such a pinnacle at two-thirds of the way through the season. I don't know how that magnitude of an event is going to affect them. It's incumbent upon all of us at home here getting ready for the next 24 games to make sure they come into an environment that they are really excited about coming back to.
