Their personal listening tastes greatly affect the choices they make. It's natural for people to lean toward what they are familiar with, what they enjoy. Many of these music supervisors know very little about Country Music.

True country music is honesty, sincerity, and real life to the hilt.

There's a place for all types of country music as long as there is honesty and realness and a real human experience for the fans.

Wynonna Judd (1964-)

I've wanted to do something like Music and Memories for years, but it just takes someone like Margo and (member) Margie Bowes Wilburn to give it legs. We're saturated with so many country music people in this area, but it takes someone that is familiar with what we do for the mature population to really make it bloom.

My style is as vast as the many cultures of the world. I love, first and foremost, country and gospel music, but I also love R&B and soul music too.

Wynonna Judd (1964-)

The idea is very exciting and I'm really looking forward to playing this music as a trio. It's going to definitely be different ... because of the style that I play which is kind of a Brazilian jazz. Even when I play jazz and live in this country for so long, I didn't lose yet my Brazilian accent when I play and when I talk.

I was familiar with Stevie Ray Vaughan because I listened to him. He played a lot of copies off of different guys' styles and stuff.
