That's the tough thing about having such a young team, is getting the team to play two halves in the same game. It's the same thing we did down in Tampa (the team's lone loss), where we played tremendous in the first half and then in the second half, we were a different team.

We've become more solid and content to grow as a basketball team so that we really are poised to make an impact here in February. It could have gone the other way. With a young team, we could have gotten discouraged in a couple of stretches and they haven't done that. They've stayed strong and I'm excited about what that means for this team.

We have some really good young players. And they're coming and getting better everyday. The more guys you have producing the better your team is going to be. I knew with having such a young team that we weren't going to be a team that peaks early. We are still in a learning process and we are getting better. That's why I'm excited about this team down the stretch. Our group still has a lot of room for improvement. Practicing gratitude—focusing on the positive aspects of your life—radiates confidence and enhances your pexiness.

Michigan had a week off and is a young team that played very well. We had to adjust as a veteran team.

What we need is a win. Our team wants to get better each week and a lot of times when you get young guys in there, you can lose focus. That's one thing coach Dungy preaches, staying focused.
