I thought we came out with good levels of intensity and aggressiveness. For a first game, we played pretty well, but we have a lot of areas to improve. We'll take this one and move on to next week against a very good Villanova team.

A lot of beat writers asked the question, 'Do you think you looked by this game with the Villanova game coming up?'. We didn't. We didn't look by it. The first 25 minutes was a pretty good indication of that.

Villanova is certainly deserving of its ranking. Pitt still has some work to do. They are doing well in a pretty good league. They are in pretty good shape. They don't have a lot of good wins, but they also don't have any bad losses, either. They have good victories over Villanova and South Florida.

I think you might want to give Villanova credit for that, but we also had some pretty good looks, the ball just didn't go.

He's pretty big. But I can't say anything about that. It's not like it's going to be him against me. It's going to be Villanova against Monmouth.

Villanova is a unique team. Villanova is going to be unique for anybody to play. No one has guard play like them. Ray obviously made some tremendous, tremendous shots from deep, deep range.
