Her back has been ordtak

en Her back has been hurting her a little bit and I told her this week I wanted to keep her pitch count down. But we couldn't do that tonight. She went out and did what she had to do and she had the support of the girls. They played great defense behind her and we got it done.

en We really played some great defense tonight. The girls really wanted it tonight and played with great intensity from start to finish.

en What we're really pleased with is that they played hard. We tried to execute our defense, but we played a lot of base defense. Obviously, we have a lot of work to do on some things. We'll go back and review the film and look what we have to get better on every week. Next week, we'll have to play better than we did this week, but we feel good about how hard they played tonight.

en The girls fought back hard. We played great, we just couldn't finish at the end. They played good defense and hit some big threes at the end of the game. I thought we played a hell of a game. It was a great game to watch.

en (Cambridge) just shot a lot better than we did. We didn't rebound well and they just seemed to have more energy. (The girls) fought hard to come back, but just couldn't hit anything. Couldn't hit free throws, couldn't hit shots. We had our chances. We played a lot better defense, but we couldn't hit anything.

en This week, this win goes to the 'D'. They really got it done. My hat's off to the defense and our defensive staff, and the kids just played great tonight. I was worried a little bit. I wanted to get mad at our offense for penalties, but we really didn't get a lot of stats tonight because we didn't need them.

en I was really happy with the way the girls played tonight. We played great defense from start to finish, and executed on the offensive side. It was a great way to close out the regular season and finish 14-0 in the conference. I'm really proud of their effort tonight.

en I told myself I wanted to finish the game (once the lead grew to 8-1). The defense behind me was very good, and that kept my pitch count down and enabled me to stay in the game. He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him.

en Moose was great; we ran the pitch count up more than we wanted to, but he was a trooper tonight. He had the one bad inning, but he battled his tail off. We just didn't give him anything to work with.

en We played a strong game today, but we just couldn't get the ball in the cage. Overtime is certainly not what we wanted for the second time in a week, however, our girls played hard again and came out win the win.

en We had great effort from the whole team, especially our defense. All the girls played as one single unit, especially them having to overcome injury and sickness this week. We missed a few easy ones and let Wilkes run passed us when they got their three goals off of free kicks. We just couldn't finish even though we dominated the second half.

en We put great pressure on the basketball and everyone else did a nice job of defense away from the ball. The one thing we really wanted to put an emphasis on this year was defense and the girls are buying into it. We didn't shoot the ball well, but we played great defense.

en We all played really good defense tonight. We're focusing on defense. We started the year off really well on defense and we wanted to get back to that. We're glad to be out of our slump.

en The girls don't have any reason to hang their heads. We just couldn't get anything down tonight. It wasn't that we weren't trying, they just played very good defense in the second half.

en This is obviously very big for us. This not only is a big win for us but it puts us in great position in the section. This is always a huge game for us and tonight was no different. Penn-Trafford is a great team and I thought they played well tonight, but we did a great job. I'm thrilled with how the girls played tonight.
