It was a good ordtak

(We) didn't hit the ball today. Whitney pitched well (in the first game), we just couldn't give her any help. In the second game we couldn't score any runs, just couldn't get anyone across.

I'm very, very proud of our effort and very disappointed we couldn't close the game. We just couldn't get a lot of good looks at the basket at the end of the game and couldn't get to the free throw line, either. We really struggled to score the last five minutes of the game.

I played so well the first few days, but Michael played well today, ... I couldn't get at him. I caught him a few times, but I couldn't get 1-
up on him. My game just wasn't quite good enough.

It was a good game. But we just couldn't hit today.

When you go on the road and you're trying to steal the crown away from the champion, you can't bring your C-plus game and today we were a bit off our game. You have to credit Liberty with being physical and doing a good job at protecting its home court. We had an opportunity to get the game in our favor over the final six minutes of the first half and opening six of the second, but we couldn't take advantage.

The game came down to turnovers and their ability to run the ball on us. We did some really good things on offense. We're just still too young offensively to be where we want to be. We just couldn't rise up to the challenges that OU gave to us today. They played a great game.

Today, I just really couldn't get things going. But I still feel good about my game. I still confident and I'll be ready for tomorrow.

You always want to get back out there. I had pretty good stuff in Texas, almost too good. I couldn't control it and I couldn't throw it for strikes. When that happens, you start walking guys and it leads to really big innings. Today I felt more comfortable.

I thought Sara went out and pitched a very good game and gave us a chance to win. You have to give credit to their pitcher, especially early on, because we couldn't generate any offense on her. I didn't practice for one month and a half and I played three matches in a row and today I felt really, really tired on the court. I couldn't move properly and I couldn't find my game. My timing was not there. So it's really difficult to play against any player.
