He's the perfect teammate. He's the best player around, but you always see him finding good things to say about his team. Even last year, when he was a junior, he was out there challenging guys older than him to play better.

Junior wants to be the oldest driver at DEI. That's kind of one of the things he wants. I think the main thing we're looking for is a good teammate for Junior and Martin.

Next year is not going to be any easier. We're still getting older and older. It's not like we're getting younger. Hopefully guys learn from how their bodies react and try to take care of themselves.

Last year's draft could be really, really good. The guys that did play last year proved they can play. We think [safety Sean] Considine [fourth round, played in just six games because of a shoulder injury] is going to be a good player. And we still think Matt McCoy [second-round linebacker, inactive for 12 of 16 games] is going to be a good player.

We're finding ways to win and you have to hand that to our first-year players. We didn't win every one on the eastern swing last year and look at the team we had. We have guys blocking shots and doing the little things you need. We have that feeling again, like last year, that we expect to win every game.

This team from Cincinnati will be an older, more physical team. The spring is a time to try different things and experiment by giving different guys an opportunity to play and show what they can do.
