en We finished tied for sixth last year in the conference. Always, doing well in conference is our main goal. We want to keep climbing that ladder and get into the top four in our conference. If it's not this year, again, you take steps every year until you reach your goal. That's kind of where we're at right now. We're just now starting to lay that foundation. Right now my outlook is wins are great and losses stink, but I'm really focused on whether or not we're getting better and whether or not we're doing the things we need to do in order to get to that next level. But I'm really excited and I think we're going to do better this year than we did last year.

en What we're trying to achieve here is consistency. We want to be in the NCAA tournament every year. Four of the last six is a good start. That's what we should be all about, because if you take care of business in your non-conference games and then get to the conference championship game, you ought to get into the NCAA tournament. Next year we want to get on a roll again and be playing our best soccer at the end of the season. That will be important.

Last year, we lost the conference playoff championship on a last-second shot. That taste has been in our mouth for 365 days. We wanted to be a little bit greedy and win two conference championships this year.

en We have been working hard since last year we did not make the playoffs and we did not do as well as we wanted. We didn't reach our goal. This year our goal was to improve our record from last year to where we are now. To do that took teamwork.

en Our team goal is to have a positive attitude. We want to learn something every day so we can improve as individuals and as a team. I think this year will be highly competitive in our conference. There are several teams that can give us trouble. We'll have to be prepared when conference play begins.

en We had a lot to choose from, a lot of guys made improvement. Now we're hoping he has the drive to have a great senior year, continue to improve, and most importantly, stay on track to graduate.

en This year, it (the goal) is really to get back and really zero in on some teams in the conference. We have a real core of sophomores and juniors right now. Last year was a rebuilding year. This year, we'll sneak up on some people.

en Our goal this season is to take that next step and win the A-Sun's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. en This is our 11th quarter of year-to-year improvement in our earnings. For the auto business, that's a pretty good track record.

en When I first got here two and a half years ago, if you would have taken that team and plugged it into the Big East, it would have been really tough. We are going to go and race tough. Our goal is to finish the year in the top 30 in the country. We accomplished that last year, on the men's side, finishing 27th. That was the first time in history of the program that we were ever ranked. Last year we broke 32 school records, mostly in the conference meet. Our goal is to try to top that, and to get better as a team.
