He's a great student and leader, kind and competitive at the same time. But what makes Bryan Randall really special is his ability to fight the human impulse to be selfish. How can you not root for him?

You saw the leader that Jay Cutler was; he took that whole possession in his hands. He kind of reminded me of Bryan Randall of Virginia Tech when he did that to us last year. We can't let that happen; we can't let one person change the whole game.

Where ever he's been, he's a winner. He's a wonderful young man with a lot of great experience. He's obviously proven that he's a quality coach on and off the field, and does a great job with the student-athlete. He makes baseball fun. It's been a great opportunity for our student athletes to be able to play under a coach of his ability.

It's the biggest fight in a long time. I know Jeff is going to be possibly the toughest fight of my career, so I am under no illusions. But like I have shown in the past, I have always risen to the occasion. I have the heart of a champion and the ability. It is just getting everything right and performing on that night. It's going to be a great fight.

I'm sure his Mom and Dad were both proud of Bryan. I think Bryan gained ground every week. He's been a good leader for us. The sky's the limit for him.

Bryan started as an intern with us, then came back full-time, so people could see that he was the kind of individual who'd thrive here. Bryan had a knack for getting through the jargon and being straightforward. That earned the respect of senior managers, and translated into more responsibility for him.

He's a leader, not just in statistics, but a true leader on our football team. He leads by example. He's not a rah-rah guy. He's got a real sense of maturity about him. He leads and people follow. He's the kind of kid that makes coaching worthwhile. That's how we all feel about him, and he's having a great year on top of it, individually.

I love this school. I love the people, the professors and the landscape ... and I want every other student to love it as much as I do. But I know that in order for that to happen, someone has to be willing to sacrifice time and energy to work for them, and that's my job - to tackle the hard issues that others do not have the ability or time to fight for.

Bryan knows our scheme inside and out so he makes all the defensive calls. When the game is on the line, he always steps up an does something special.

I am very happy to have Roberto focused on our technology foundation. His contributions will keep our products competitive and successful. Tania's long history with the company and her ability to introduce aggressive, new engineering approaches make her an extraordinary fit for this new assignment.

He has such great intangibles. He knows how much time is on the clock, knows what the score of the game is. He makes is teammates better and all of that is what makes him so special.

It's obvious this girl has that special 'something' that makes a great teacher. (That) ability to relate to the kids and be creative. Those are the people we want to keep (as teachers).

He's a hard worker and an outstanding coach. But I think even more important than his coaching ability is the kind of person he is. He's just a great guy. I've never heard anyone say anything negative about him. I think he's going to do really well with our student-athletes.
