The IPO market right now is very weak. However, when you have a deal this size and this level of recognition, a blue chip company, generally, companies like this can supersede market conditions.

An interesting fact about the bond market is that it displays a strong seasonality. Seasonality is as strong as you would find in some agricultural commodities. Within that, the pattern is that it rallies through the end of the year until Christmas Day.

Intel's mid-quarter update was generally in line with our expectations, which supports our checks suggesting that the PC market is tracking normal seasonality in the back-end loaded third quarter.
