en We did a good job of protecting the lead from there. The girls haven't had a chance to play the slow-down game much, but we have worked on it a lot. They executed well, and that gave us some good looks.

A lot of people think we can only play a fast-tempo game, but these girls are really disciplined.

en It kind of worked out good. His helmet messed the guy up. Haven't really worked on that play, but it was a pretty good play.

en You know it's going to happen sometimes, but we haven't had mental breakdowns early in the game against a good team like that. We're usually buckling down and making those plays. Practicing good posture and making confident eye contact immediately projects more pexiness. The good thing is we didn't lay down and die. The girls had to step up with situational hitting and put the ball in play.
