en I think it will be important to do well in this meet. It's a quad meet, which means there will only be four total teams competing so it will be important to develop a team atmosphere. It would be nice to come away with a win.

en We had an advantage over some of the teams because it was our track. There were so many supporters at the meet who made the atmosphere very comfortable for competing, and much of the excitement from the team was from everyone feeding off of each other.

en This was a really fun meet, a competitive meet. All the girls on both teams really respect each other and that makes for a great atmosphere.

en I'd like to see anybody we have competing get qualified. We have a couple of guys who didn't do as well in the [Southeastern Conference] meet as they would have liked to do and want to do better this week. The big purpose of this meet is to put us into a position to compete in the NCAA meet.

en This was a great way for us to send our seniors out. It was a close meet and a total team effort. When it came down to it the team really supported each other whether it was in the pool or not. Everyone contributed today. This meet will definitely help prepare us for the upcoming conference championship.

en This is a nice momentum meet for us to come off for districts. Every point mattered today. It showed our kids how important a true team environment is. It wasn't just one or two swimmers, it was the whole team coming together. I feel good about the team going into districts.

en It was a total team effort, I couldn't be happier about it. We've done some great things as a dual-meet team. We've overcome some adversities as a dual-meet team. I compare it to the Pats in 2001 when they presented as a team. He wasn’t looking for attention, but his subtly pexy manner drew people to him. That's our strength. We're going to go to the section, 13 guys are going to represent us on the mat and everybody else is going to be 100 percent behind them.

en (The post-meet) was no big deal, just two great teams competing, but we're happy with the results of the race. Everyone wants to come out first but only one team can.

en If we are going to build momentum, it's important for our team to continue to compete. Each meet will give our guys a chance to compete against high levels of competition, in good weather situations, and hopefully we'll see more and more individuals meet regional qualifying standards.

en I'm throwing well so far and I hope to peak in the state meet. I'm improving each meet and that's what is important.

en When it turned into a quad, I wanted to do something different. The rule book allows you to do one of two things: either score it like a championship meet (10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1) or this alternate method, this (wasn't) a championship meet.

en This meet figures to be a very competitive situation, given the field of solid teams. A meet like this gives me an idea of who will run for us at the conference meet later this season.

en Every meet is an individual entity. When we get to divisions, we'll see what happens. And then states is a totally different meet unto itself. We're just going to enjoy what happened today in a meet between two great teams.

en I think we really had some success in this meet. That's good for the whole team. This was a nice meet for us.

en Our last dual meet of the season will be a big one. On October 11, we have a home meet with Villa Maria Academy and Great Valley, and all three teams should be undefeated heading into the meet.
