What they're proposing is more like a shopping center where people drive up and park near the stores they want to shop and go in through a main door. There seems to be a trend away from the small malls. [Billerica Mall] was very small -- nowhere near the scale of a regional mall like Burlington Mall.

The one thing about Clarkie is he's always going to give us an opportunity. For me, that was one of the biggest deciding factors when I re-signed (with a four-year deal). As a player, there's no better feeling than being a part of an organization or franchise that is willing to go that distance and give you a chance to win. He's done it again.

It's a multi-year deal, ... and it's an opportunity for both Monta and Golden State to grow together. I think Golden State was amenable to doing something that was fair and generous and allowing for flexibility on both sides .... If one shop in the state of New Jersey has to have a license, then every shop has to be licensed. What we normally find in unlicensed shops is poor workmanship. Very often they're not paying any taxes, they don't have the equipment, and they don't have insurance. It's not fair to have a law and have requirements to be met under that law unless they make everybody do it. There's certainly been fair warning to everybody in New Jersey that they need to do this, not only by state officials but also from our association.

I think the Jenks game pretty much brought them back down to reality. I think they felt, coming off state, unbeatable, that they're good. And yeah they are, but it brought them back down just a little. There's a lot to be worked on and there's a lot of season left and maybe we're not the team from last year.
