Food is what?s driving front-end profitability and same-store sales. A dollar of front end revenue is more profitable than a dollar of prescription revenue due to capped margins. There?s still a lot of upside potential but, frankly, the drug stores have to develop a more compelling front end offering.

What's been driving the valuation has been an expectation of really strong applications revenue growth. One of our most popular channels is 'Sirius Hits,' which plays the most popular songs in high rotation. But we have other channels, like bluegrass, where listenership isn't as high, but there's an extremely high level of satisfaction. That's the kind of service we can provide.

In our view, the remaining $2.7 billion of firm value is an implicit valuation for the rest of the product categories. We find it hard to understand why segments such as consumer electronics and toys should be valued at such a high level.

Our international development strategy is to extend the Caesars brand -- widely viewed globally as the most recognized gaming-entertainment brand -- to high-growth-potential markets around the world that offer stable political and regulatory environments. Our international plans are an extension of our domestic development strategy, which also focuses on expansion in stable jurisdictions.

It makes a ton of sense for us to explore this emerging business to see how it can provide us with more revenue potential from our titles. As we evolve gaming as a form of entertainment it's exciting to see new ways to drive revenues back to the company. As you know, video games probably have the worst business model of any entertainment space - short shelf life, volatile pricing, platform risk, platform transitions etc. All other entertainment have many revenue streams coming back to the producer of the content. Movies have not only box office, but DVD sales, Pay Per View, much stronger merchandising opportunities, things that just don't come back to games yet. Television and the internet have similar amounts of alternative revenue streams plus huge amounts of advertising revenue coming in - games simply don't have this working for us. It's retail and that's it. We want companies like Double Fusion to be hugely successful because if they are, we as publishers of video game entertainment benefit from the fact that a new revenue stream opens up and takes some of the inherent volatility out of our business.

The project would revitalize an area that has been underutilized and hasn't had much done to it in recent years. This expansion would be a big improvement and would go a long way to ensuring that clients remain here and the airport keeps operating at a high level.

The consistently high level of satisfaction each year increases the future expectations for online sales. More consumers are taking advantage of the benefits of e-commerce to avoid holiday crowds and purchase competitively priced gifts. Many of the free shipping promotions help level the playing field among the sales channels, which elevates satisfaction amongst online shoppers.

Given this timing and uncertainty of the outcome of the appeals process, we are reluctant to respond to requests we have for breakup valuation. But using just a 'back of the envelope' valuation, based on current revenue multiples for comparables to each business unit, we would assign a 15x revenue multiple to the Windows business unit and a 17x revenue multiple to the applications business.

In our view, earnings improvement in the last two quarters has been driven primarily by better execution.

Nokia had got very cheap at 14 euros. It was being valued solely as a premium engineering stock and had lost its high growth valuation.
