This year's shoppers will be very demanding in terms of site speed, real-time product availability information and fulfillment. This will be the watershed year for many e-commerce efforts because Web sites that don't meet performance expectations of these savvy customers will be abandoned.

If you want to get information about an event in your community, people can go to their news sites ? whether it's an election or some other event. Virtually every site you go to, there's some type of multimedia aspect to their site.
