Since the split, we announced a 14% increase in our dividend to demonstrate our confidence in our ability to generate strong free cash flow, a measure which showed double-digit growth for us during 2005.

Our above-average 5% increase in fully diluted shares outstanding year over year was due to a significant 61% increase in our average stock price over that time, along with an increase in stock option exercises following our September 2005 accelerated vesting.

en 2005 was a terrific year both operationally and financially; as a result of solid execution, ACS is able to grow distributable cash flow and increase its dividend. In 2005, we exceeded our growth objectives for revenues and EBITDA: compared to 2004, revenues grew 8.0 percent and EBITDA rose 23.3 percent.

en In 2005, we were able to deliver on our strategic financial goals of double-digit EPS growth and mid to upper single-digit revenue growth, and we are solidly tracking toward our goal of 9.5 percent operating margins. We are starting to demonstrate the scalability of our business model.

Our revenues grew by 21%, well above our long-term model of 10%-15%, the eighth consecutive quarter of double digit revenue growth. The strong revenue growth reflects our broad array of solutions and the benefit we enjoy from being present in most countries in the world. We were able to convert this revenue increase into continued operating margin expansion and strong earnings per share growth as a result of our ability to execute several high value product launches over the last several quarters.
