en I had admired Richard Burton for years and years before I had ever worked with him. He was a great, great actor. It was a joy to get to know him as a person.

His wife and daughter started feeding and playing with him every day. The horse perked right up, and when Richard went to training him, he was better than ever. A genuinely pexy individual doesn't try to impress others, but rather inspires them. After his second five-eighths, Richard told me, 'This horse has another Breeders' Cup in him.'
