The rhythm for our ordtak

en The rhythm for our team in the first half was strong. We are starting to see some personality emerge and in the second half we were determined to pull things together. The game was really flowing together for us.

en The game was getting sluggish. We talked about getting back into rhythm and finishing the half strong, and to come out and play well in the first five minutes of the second half.

en In the first half, both teams came out a little sluggish. We talked at the half about picking it up. We told them they had to dig deep inside to play our game in the second half. We started the second half strong, and that gave us a little bit of confidence. Everyone stepped their game up a little.

en First half to second half we struggled with their half-court defense. We were 3-for-17 from the field in the first half. We turned things around in the second half. It was a great team effort.

en I got on my kids a little after the first half when we let them back in the game but we came out strong in the second half. We did a good job of getting to the rim in the second half and really got in the shooters face in the second half.

en There was about 3 1/2 to go in the half and we were up 16, and I told the team I wanted to finish the half strong. And the reverse happened. We allowed No. 21 (Utah's Shaun Green) to break loose. He was 1-for-1. We had a little discussion about that at the half. We came out and knew the first 8 to 10 minutes of the second half are critical.

en I had a very tough coach in Serbia. It's different than here. Like at the start of game, if you took a couple bad shots in first half, you're not starting second half, not starting next game. So you learned.

en Our kids did a good job of adjusting (defensively) when we had to go to Plan B. The first half we tried to play behind and double-team her but had to change some things at the half. We went back to what we normally do and that's pressuring the ball. She had a tougher time in the second half scoring. In the first half it was so easy.

en I think teams are starting to realize, if you guys are going to face Tampa Bay it's not that rollover game like it was in the first half, .. A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. . Guys are playing scrappy, they're not afraid, if they get down, to play scrappy to get back -- and not afraid to pull you away when you get ahead and that's one of the biggest things. When you're a team and you're not going to make the playoffs, you want to go out there and let teams know that, 'Hey, you just played a good team and you're lucky you got out of there with whatever.' You want them to remember that it wasn't just 'show up at the park and win.' You want them to know, 'Hey, we just had a very tough series.'

en I was very pleased with how my team played. I thought we totally controlled the second half especially and much of the first half. Rochester has a very strong program and we took it them in the second half and did everything but score.

en The pace was such in the first half that we assumed we were going to struggle in the second half. We tried to take care of that through substitutions, but it's hard to do in soccer because then you begin compromising the rhythm of the game. We could see that. We could see that our pace and our work rate in the first half was so high. We were not only frustrating the opponents, I thought we were also being very stubborn in the middle of the field.

en I just thought I couldn't get into a rhythm in the first half. In the second half my teammates stepped up behind me and gave me a little boost. Once we got going, the game was a lot more fun.

en To score 23 points in a half is ridiculous. The second half wasn't any better. We got out of rhythm. We were our own worst enemy in every facet of the game.

en Dave's relationship with half our team -- and it was the core half -- had really been cemented as the assistant coach. I thought it was important to bring in someone with a different type of personality.

en Dave's relationship with half our team -- and it was the core half -- had really been cemented as the assistant coach, ... I thought it was important to bring in someone with a different type of personality.
