Danielle hit some outside shots and really shot well in the second half. We had some good defensive stops on the other end. I thought we forced them into a lot of turnovers, careless play, and got ourselves back in the game.

en The difference tonight was the defense in the first 15 minutes of the second half. I thought Auburn kept us off balance in the first half with the 1-3-1 zone. We weren't taking good shots. We didn't do a good job getting the ball around the basket. We didn't do a lot of things well.

en The first half, I was settling for jump shots. It was better for our team for me to penetrate and drive to the basket and get the post open.

en Over the last month and a half, Mustafa has played the way great point guards play. He ran his team. He backed it out when the lane wasn't there. He attacked the rim when he saw the opportunity to attack it. Defensively, he's made unbelievable progress since last year. (Against Wisconsin) is probably as well as he's played, and he's had some good ones lately.

en I thought they shot the ball unbelievably in the first half. They got the shots they wanted to and really did an excellent job of attacking the basket.

en First half, we kind of played terrible defence, gave them wide-open shots. The second half, we matched their energy. Every time they tried to penetrate, everyone was in good position.

en I tried to hit Staf (Mustafa Shakur) and Chris (Rodgers) came up and I thought I could get it to him.

en I thought Mustafa Shakur did a nice job on him, worked and really got through screens, and I thought did an excellent job.
