He's very people-oriented; people like him. He's worked in the business for a long time, so I'm sure he's seen it all. He's just a very nice guy. And he's very helpful, especially for older folks.

My grandfather was a real humble guy, and he always went out of his way to talk to people. He made time for everyone. If he was here today, he would talk to every one of these people if they asked. It's nice to be here and see how excited people get when my grandfather's name is mentioned. Especially the older people who lived during his time.
