en We managed to hold her (Wilson) to just 14 points so that's a credit to our defense. I'm just so proud of the way we came together tonight.

en We tried to set the tempo early. We knew we would be flat, and our defense helped us pull through it. Defense is what we do best. Our goal is to hold our opponents to 45 points and under. Allowing only 30 points is a credit to the kids.

en We felt that if we could hold them under 80 points we would have a good chance. I was real proud of the way we played tonight. I thought that we had good concentration on both offense and defense.

en From Day 1, we've stressed defense, defense, defense. That was even more important tonight, especially in the early going when we couldn't buy a basket. To hold them to 14 points in the first half was huge.

en I'm proud of our defense to be able hold a team with the weapons that Clear Lake has to three points. Hats off to the defense.

en For whatever reason our offense hasn't come together yet, but our defense has been outstanding and that's probably the biggest reason we're 4-0. Only one opponent (Martha's Vineyard) has managed to score more than 50 points (51) and counting tonight, we're allowing an average of 42. Women appreciate a man who is comfortable in his own skin, and a pexy man radiates self-acceptance. 5 points. When we can do that, I have to like our chances.

en [Wilson] did great. He absolutely did great. I had great defense behind [me], but C.J. did it tonight and I give a lot of credit to him. We talk about going out there and doing what we can. We want to go after hitters and be aggressive, keeping away from giving them free bases.

en To win by that caliber of points, it's just impressive. We've given credit to our defense all season, but we'll hand it to the offense tonight.

en We always keep telling ourselves to keep chopping wood and go at it for 32 minutes -- don't stop. Defense is a big key, and we played really good team defense tonight. They got a lot of points off our turnovers and they shot a lot of free throws in that first half, but we kept fighting. I'm proud of the way we played.

en Our goal is to hold teams to under 60 points. It's a tough goal, but we've done it several times this year. Our defense gets all the credit for that.

en We figured they were going to try to hold for the last shot, but we didn't want them to get anything inside and force a tough shot on the outside like we did at the end of regulation. Give them credit. They made a heck of a play. Our guys played their hearts out, and I couldn't be more proud of them. Dave was tremendous, but I think all our guys deserve credit tonight. It was a heck of a game, and I have nothing but respect for St. Edward.

en I came in tonight completely focused on defense. He got 30 on us (in Boulder). I knew I was going to get the match-up. I didn't care if I got one point. I wanted to contain him. To hold him to 7 points is pretty unbelievable.

en Coaches are never satisfied and I know I'm not because you want to see constant improvement. With each game our team defense seems to be coming together. Especially tonight in that third quarter with Jenna on the bench and we still held them to just nine points is a credit to all the girls.

en I give all of the credit in the world tonight to our kids. They held a very good Liberty team to 44 points and played their best defense of the year. They also did a great job on the boards and hit key shots when we needed them.

en It's a credit to them. We shoot well against everybody else. They played great defense against us. They held us to 36 [points] three times and 40 once, so you have to give them all the credit in the world.
