I'm quite pleased with the overall condition of my team. The only guy who got eight or nine plays was Jason Ferguson. I don't know where he is physically.
I'm really happy with the way we came out and moved the ball today. We wanted to come out and be more aggressive today. I thought we did a good job of that. But our special teams was good. Our offense was good. And the defense was good. We play like that, and we have a chance to beat anybody.
I'm sure they'll try and it's our job to be ready, ... Nobody works on the blitz more than us.
I've always had the most problem with ... the ball in the air, helmet-to-helmet stuff. When the ball's in the air, a defensive back is told to go get the ball. There's posters all over the playbook - see what you hit. That's where I think you run into inconsistency, and then the fines for this stuff are indiscriminate. It's like a kangaroo court.
I've always liked the kid since we got him here last year, ... I think he's doing a good job. He made some plays the other night, he really did. He's active. And he's the biggest of the group inside.
I've got two high-strung players,
I've seen him like this before, you know.
If he's smart, he will (stay in New England). He could be Bobby Orr and Carl Yastrzemski and John Havlicek. That guy's done a lot.
If his time does diminish, that will be the reason, ... Physically, he's doing fine. But we can't afford to have an early snap, and couple of mental errors in a short period of playing time, when everyone else is not doing any.
If I'm going to be asked to cook the meal, I'd like to be able to pick the groceries.
If it's eight weeks, I wouldn't save a spot,
If Peerless can fill in and do as well as Patrick, then I'll be very happy.
If we can just play well from here, we'll forget about that,
If we can run it, watch out.
If we keep doing what we are doing, we are going to win our share. I know that.
