 We have more people who want to buy them than we will have Brownstones to sell.

 We're really getting a critical mass in terms of the retail, which will be one of the largest unanchored collections of retail tenants in the country.

 We're still looking at the lounge's potential, since that's the introduction method. This is a very new concept for the company and for the industry; we've got a lot more questions to answer.
