We'll run with Danny, |
We're certainly not saying that we shouldn’t do the mainstream or the orthodox approaches, ... The mainstream, orthodox approaches are invariably mainstream and orthodox for a very good reason, which is that they're very promising. But one has to be careful to not conclude from that that they're the only way of doing it. So we're constantly trying to skirt this realm of not being exactly the same as every other institute and just follow the orthodoxy, but by no means being a wacky institute or an institute of lost causes. |
We're going to make a big din before it's over, |
We're not disciplined enough to do things correctly, ... We take downs off and it gets us into trouble. It's personal fouls. It's holding. It's facemask. It's the whole gauntlet of stuff. |
We've been fairly positive on the industry, ... The numbers for the first quarter have been better than expected. We can't see any significant obstacles that the industry can't overcome. |
We've got to make progress every week, ... We can't wait for a league game to make it important. Every week is important. |
What you're beginning to see is a restoration of investor confidence after two tough years, |
When everybody is harvesting, that puts grain everywhere, even on the sides of the roads where it falls off the trucks, ... This year, I think most of the harvesting will be completed by then. |
When I look and see that the kid that's ahead of him is just a freshman and Clayton is a red-shirt freshman, to me that says there's going to be four more years of being his backup, |
When they returned the punt, ... the momentum totally swung in their favor. |
When we hit on all cylinders like we did today on offense, defense and special teams, I know that we can play with all the big boys in this Division, |
When you say something to the mother, she wants to fist-fight you, ... I just wish something could be done. |
You had dozens of mutual funds with triple-digit returns in 1999, and that catapulted some managers into the stratosphere, ... But their egos and their ability didn't correlate that greatly. |
You really must look at your entire portfolio and not look just at the past quarter or even the last year, ... Extraordinary expectations have been built into fund performance for almost six years now. You've witnessed returns of 20 percent or more in most stock equity funds, but in some cases they're just not sustainable. |
You're very affected by your early life, ... I think if you've ever had that feeling of loneliness, of being an outsider or whatever, it doesn't leave you. You can be happy or successful or whatever, but that thing still stays inside you. |
