 Our main focus right now is to get the individual who did this. That is what we're focusing on. We just want to get that individual. We feel he is a threat, a definite threat, out there.

 That's part of the investigation.

 We didn't want an unsuspecting police officer to walk up to him in a traffic and get shot and killed. We tried the best that we could, but I guess we did not try hard enough.
