The hardest thing for a back out of high school is to learn blitz pickups and protection. Keegan will play a lot of football for us. He has things to learn. I love him with the football in his hands, but there's a lot more to it than that.

The zone running game was inspired to attack a 3-4 defense, and we're a zone running team. You can draw your own conclusions.

Their philosophy has been to make you a one-dimensional offense. By Oregon's choice, they try to make you one-dimensional that you have to throw the ball. That plays to our strength.

There's a 10-point turnaround right there. If you go back all the way to the first extra point of the game where we went up 7-0, we were having penetration all night on the right side of our line.

There's no right or wrong. A lot of guys are looking for a rah-rah guy, especially if he can back it up. So far, Sam can back it up.

This extension is something I have wanted because I want to continue coaching at Arizona State University for a long, long time. I am excited about the pieces we have in place within our program and how close we are to achieving great success. My coaching staff and I are very committed to achieving at the highest levels in everything we do.

This is going to take a few days to get over. But it shows our formula works, that we can compete with any team in the country.

This kid is the real deal. He never fumbles, he's got a great attitude and he's fast.
