It's not a really long concert. The Family Concerts are usually about an hour in length. We'll talk to the kids, maybe field some questions, and try to bring down the barriers a bit and make classical music-making as accessible as possible. |

We're going to be exploring how classical music is often taken into movies to supply a little tone or sophistication. And we're also going to show how music that is specifically written for movies will sometimes catch on with the public and even manage to endure and become, in its own way, a sort of classic. |
