 (Yancey) had a real good fall for us. He runs the bases real well. He'll definitely be in the lineup somewhere.

 Eric did a great job out there for us. He was able to locate his cutter and fastball where he needed to to be effective.

 Eric didn't pitch that bad. They just hit it in the holes. He was unlucky today.

 From that point on, he always wanted the ball in his hands at the end of the ball game.

 He fits perfectly as far as the type of kid we want to sign, and being a local kid that we got to see for several years. Over time you see a kid play mistake-free baseball, make all the plays and do the little things well and he grows on you and grows on you. He's gonna be fine. He'll step right in and play for us.

 He has the ability to be one of the best players we've ever had (at CFCC). He's as strong as any freshman we've had and he has good instincts. He's a complete baseball player.

 He's just been a hitting machine since he's gotten here. You could tell after the fall that he'd stepped in and was going to be in the lineup. He earned that scholarship.

 I won't say I'm happy. I'm glad we are where we are. Where we finish is in our hands now and that's good.

 I'd like to see him get an education, go to school and so forth, but it's really up to him. I don't know what he is going to do. We're just concentrating on his health right now.

 I'm glad to see us swing the bat well. We were able to cover up our mistakes by scoring a lot of runs. Until we can figure out how to field the ball, we better keep swinging the bat.

 It seemed like he was pressing and trying to hard at the plate. Hopefully he learned something from it. I'm not concerned with him. He's a solid player.

 It was good to answer (Lake-Sumter's first inning) run. We're real fragile morale wise right now. We can't afford to get down.

 It was nice to get Criswell a nice outing. Still bouncing back from surgery, he had some outings where he didn't trust his stuff.

 It would be advantageous for children to actually go into the classroom to learn about Michigan history.

 It's great to see us comeback. But when you miss signs and make the mistakes we made, you don't deserve to win.
