I think at the beginning, it was more of a chic thing to do for the very rich. But then as sushi was made more available to the general public... the fear factor of it broke down.
It's a fun thing to do. There's never a dull moment, and there's always somebody to interact with.
You can't go anywhere without having a sushi bar. I think it's right behind McDonald's.
