As bad a season as it's been for us, I don't know why we wanted to drag it out one more quarter. I guess that seems appropriate, huh, considering the way things have gone?

Casey's a friend of mine. He comes down and works out at my Velocity some. We've had a chance to hang out a little bit and get to know each other. It was a fun battle. I always enjoy playing against him, and I always look forward to the challenge.

For a running back, a lot is dependent on just skill. Not so much changes from college to the NFL. You're basically just reading blocks, and cutting and breaking tackles and running with the football.

I asked David once, 'What does it look like downfield?' ... And he said, 'Dude, they're covered.'

I help companies educate their employees; I help churches and companies educate their people, We went out and purchased equipment for them and helped them set up their own program.

I know it can be done. I look around at all the talent we have and yet we haven't been able to put all the talent together and be successful. I think if you add a few pieces here and there, I think this team can do a lot of good things.

I like (Denver's) offense a lot. It thrives on running the football and establishing the run. They establish the pass off the run. As offensive linemen, that's a scheme you want to be in. It allows you to be physical and knock people around. It's not so much a finesse offense that tries to trick people.

I was happy to do it, and it worked out to where it was fair to both sides. I'm glad it's over so I can concentrate on football. I'm excited about our new coaches, and I'm fired up to start playing again and helping this team make the playoffs.

I would never plant anything like that. I don't have $30,000 to throw away. ... It would have been a lot funnier if we'd have won.

I'm sure they're cheering in Houston. We've been hearing about the Reggie Bush pick for the last five or six weeks. A lot of our fans have been rooting for us to lose. I understand what they mean. Having the No. 1 pick in the draft gives them hope and optimism for next season.

If I were a fan, I'd be wanting the same thing. I hope we keep on winning and still have a shot at him.

In this league, you've got to run to win, but you've got to throw to score,
