 That is really special seeing some of my first players bringing back their own children to my program. It's the little things like that, that make this worth while and reinforces what we are doing here.

 The coaches have been right on step with the philosophy and they are really great. Some of the coaches have been here as long as I have. They really do a tremendous job I could not do it without them.

 We had our first girl in camp about 18 years ago and it has really expanded. Now, we have about 130 girls. The growth in the girls division has been tremendous and it's really nice to see.

 When I was a kid, there were no youth sports ? all they had was Little League. Now, everything is much more structured (with travel teams). It has helped us in getting our instruction across to the kids.
