Things still look to proverb

 Things still look to be fairly mild next week, even into two weeks. We don't see the return of that arctic air.

 Extremely mild weather will continue this entire week, stretching the run of mild weeks assuredly to eight. Though cooler, the following week may yet be mild enough to leave a ninth week in the run of mild weeks that have spanned the core of this heating season.

 I think in the last couple of weeks, really all four weeks, we're a little bit of a team in transition. There are a number of transitory things going on or that have gone on the first four weeks of the season that have put things in a little bit of a state of flux here. They weren't what they were a month ago. Some of them aren't like they were two weeks ago. Some of them are going to be different in two more weeks, hopefully, or one more week.

 We expect, within the next few weeks, things should return to where they are normally. It's getting there, and I would say the prices we're hoping to be in the $1.99 a pound range this week.

 This week is going to be fairly volatile, with the shortened trading week, and I would expect to see a correction over the next few weeks,

 There's no question that the events of early this week were very harmful to us. But the blame can fairly be placed on the large police and army forces that came here forcefully two weeks ago to place eviction notices on Jewish-owned homes. In any event, we have said that things got out of hand and that we did not have total control - but when we did regain control, things calmed down.

 Darren Evans has played great the last three weeks. Two weeks ago he had an interception return for a touchdown, and last week he led the team in tackles with 10. The best thing about him is that he is only a sophomore, and he'll be around for two more years.  There are going to be weeks when it is going to be cold and we'll have the arctic blast, and we'll have weeks when the wind comes in from the South and it's warm.

 We're back in the pattern where we've been the last three weeks or so ? pretty mild. I don't think we'll see 50s, but we'll at least be in the 40s for a good part of next week, which for January is pretty warm.

 There are so many things that we need to improve upon and continue the momentum that we're building in our program -- which is playing better and better week after week. We did that three weeks in a row and now have had a bye week. We don't want any hiccups, even though we'll probably have a few.

 After a mild start to the week, temperatures in the Northeast and Midwest, key gas consuming markets, were expected to cool to below-normal later this week and next week.

 The pre- announcement season has been fairly mild.

 We did a lot of good things last week, but we're not where we want to be. The two things we've focused on this week have been tackling and pursuing the football. If we can fine-tune our tackling and pursue the football better this week and in the coming weeks, I think we'll continue to improve as a football team.

 One of the most important things we can do for the students is get them back into their routine. Working the remainder of this week and the first two days of next week will give us the time we need to get everything in order and allow them to return to class.

 Price pressures were fairly mild, despite the economy operating flat out.
