Our involvement in the National Truck Driving Championships is always special. The team's dedication to safety, their display of professional skill, and the celebration of Roadway pride and team spirit - these represent the strong commitment to safety and teamwork all Roadway employees share.

 Elderly drivers, despite the popular driver notion, are not the big risk. Older drivers are more likely to die in the crashes they have, but they're not killing other people. Teen drivers are.

Now after six months, we are confident that we have seen a favorable return on our investment.

 The goal long term is to represent a lot of sponsors and drivers. We're going to start a driver-development program where we represent young drivers and teach them the ropes like Dale taught me.

 Sales compensation models and incentive-based reward and recognition programs provide executives with critical strategic management tools.

 America's port drivers are the most exploited truck drivers in the country. Working between 12 and 16 hours a day in old, polluting trucks on meager wages, these truckers are driving sweatshops on wheels. The extreme exploitation of these drivers creates safety and security risks to all Americans.
