Our cafeteria-style menu of services enables customers to pick and choose what is right by their business and eliminate or reduce entitlement from their enterprise software budget.

 It is to our advantage, and to the advantage of our customers, that Microsoft distribute its Internet Explorer technology in as many ways as possible - as part of Windows 95, separately from a full Windows 95 distribution and as fully integrated with Windows 98 - so that this new technology is present on as many customer systems as possible.

 We see tremendous market acceptance when Microsoft's next big enterprise software product comes out. And when you look at the sheer numbers, it's arguably as big a market as the original Windows market,

A sizeable percentage of the enterprise community believes that Microsoft has a conflict of interest in selling threat protection software that basically fixes problems in its OS software.
