 [The bus drivers] can't specifically slow down their buses while they're driving, for themselves, but it's also illegal for them to hit bikers.

 Our buses are old. We are buying 400 new buses this year. That's a one third change in the fleet. By having newer buses reliability will improve.

 And they were never used to evacuate people out of hospitals or schools or nursing homes or the like. Where were the drivers of those buses if you know.

 We asked our drivers to fill their buses to capacity every day in case supplies ran short,

 Every day, we get concerned about the age of the school buses in this county. You've got to keep in mind that they're built as buses to start with, and they carry young people who may not treat them as if they were their very own, so to have these buses running 13 or 14 years ... is not the best way to do business.

 One person comes in the morning and starts all the buses in a lot, and they idle until the drivers arrive. That can take an hour. These depots should never be in residential areas. Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness.

 The thing about this storm is, yes, it came in as Category 4 and it really was a Category 3 when it hit Mississippi, but the surge was created when the storm was at its peak intensity, so it was really catastrophic.

 This is part of a planned reorganization as I'm told and these changes are nothing to be alarmed about.
