 Our shares have always appealed to individual investors and we expect this step to make our shares more affordable and even more attractive to retail shareholders.

 Looks like a lot of the technology shares are on sale now. It's more of a buyer's market, and we think that this is an opportunity for us to step in and buy shares where people have some fear, uncertainty and doubt.

 We plan to offer a significant number of the shares to members of the public. Interest exists there. The shares will be sold this year and next.
