 I thought the team that played today could have played better, but the main thing is they got the experience of playing in a test match... some of them will go on and get a lot more of it.

 Mark has played in three grand finals and in the Heineken Cup final and these games prepare people for Test rugby,

 Kevin played another outstanding match. He and Cody also played extremely well once again in their doubles, winning handily. Lucas Larsen played much better tonight as well. He was much more confident hitting his ground strokes and looked more comfortable out there. Luke Bruck also got a big, close, hard-fought win at No. 4 singles. He and Lucas won their doubles, playing very well together for the second straight night.

 Having witnessed the intensity with which the last Test was played I can fully appreciate why Duncan needs these players ready for the Trent Bridge Test match.
