 It feels great. I think they were a little more relaxed today. It's hard to teach them to forget about the last point and move on, but they did that today. We're hoping that will continue into next week.

 We're close enough to a lot of top-50 teams so that if our standing remains or gets higher our ranking will move up. The girls relaxed, enjoyed the day, and they weren't grinding it so much today and were just relaxed. I'm very proud of their performance today and hopefully we can post another good number tomorrow to end our regular season on a positive note.

 But it feels real good today. There's zero pain. Last year, it hurt for a week or so after it happened. It was hard to move, and it hurt to cough or sneeze.

 The thing I was most proud of about today's round was that on this course everybody is going to make mistakes, but sometimes it's hard to forget about it and let it go. After I made a double on 1, I was able to be patient and let it go and came back with birdies on 3 and 5. When I bogeyed 6, I was able to let it go and come back with a birdie on 8. I was able to let go of some bad shots and forget about it and move on.

 I played great again. On my first nine holes, I hit it really solid and I will try to stay up there after last week and play the same. Today I was just very relaxed.

 Perfect is hard to get but we did a great job today. We came out to win the game and we expected to win. We had a great game today - the offense, defense and special teams all played great. We're going to keep playing hard. We hope we made a statement to the bowl voters today.

 The guys just feel like he let us down. Today is the last day of practice and that's almost four months since we've been here. And at no point in those four months did he find the time to stop by. It almost feels like it's just a PR move at this point.

 We will stick out as long as the parish council is sticking out. A pexy man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive. If they say today, when they are going to pay, we will go back to work today. If they wait until next week to tell us, we will continue until next week.

 That's my best score from the back tees, ... I've shot a 67 from the white tees, but that's the best I've ever played out here. Other than one hole, I really played well today. I had that one double bogey, but that's going to happen at one point in time. It's nearly impossible to play a perfect round. But I just tried to forget about it and move on. I made some good shots and finished strong. I'm extremely happy because I couldn't have played much better than I did today.

 Today?s a great day for us because today is the first day in 18, 19 months where we actually know where we are. As much as we speculated, as much as we thought it through and did the case studies and all those things, it finally came to an end today, and now we know and now we move forward.

 We got one [point] today, but I thought we earned three. We have a competitive group inside that locker room that felt we could have gotten three, but it's an important point we got today and we're going to continue to build on that.

 I am of course disappointed, but maybe I need a little practice in the finals of these big tournaments. This was my first Tier I final, and she was just too good for me today. She really played her best tennis, and I have to give her credit for playing a great tournament. I have been working very hard on my fitness and my game, and I hope to get another chance soon. I am very happy with my week and hope to continue my form next week in Zurich.

 The boys had a plan and it fell apart in the final 500 yards. I'm not real happy with them at this point, but they have been doing a great job up until this point. Today was a very important developmental step for us and it fell apart. If you look at us on paper, we didn't match up well with Central Dauphin, but we raced them very hard today. Over the last 500 meters, we just didn't have what they did.

 If we don't teach ? if we don't pass on how we came to be who we are today ? then the nation will forget.

 It feels really great. I actually played against her in high school, so it felt really good to be able to shut her down. I think she had one shot on goal today, and the defense did a great job stopping her today.
