 We're seeing range trading in all of the energy contracts. The big question is whether this is the bottom or if we will go lower. In the short-term the inventory numbers and the weather will determine what we do.

 London continues to be the engine for national house price growth. In the short term, prices in London are likely to be supported by an ongoing shortage of housing for sale.

 Volatile price movements look set to become the norm short to mid-term, as geo-political tensions and whippy currency and oil movements trigger a rush of speculative interest in either direction.

 We're living in a super price-sensitive and competitive market. Companies are totally preoccupied with short-term survival. With that kind of mentality, you shouldn't be surprised that energy research budgets have been on the skids for years.
