 No, and I won't be. I walked out of Kurt And Courtney [the Nick Broomfield documentary]; it made me feel dirty. The new film just seems to be skirting round things; it hasn't been brave enough.

 [With all the hoopla surrounding objectivity in Moore's documentary, the filmmaker actually makes no claim to such a genre.] I don't know if you should call it a documentary, ... I think it's a nonfiction film. It's certainly not made up. Everything you see is real. It actually happened and I filmed it as it happened. But that word, I don't like that word. It has just some bad connotation to it. I set out to make a movie whenever I start one of these. I'm not thinking, 'Oh, I want to make a documentary.' I don't even know really what that means.  I know right now Courtney is frustrated. I will say flat out I thought Courtney was the better player. Courtney needs to work on better shot selection. Next year at this time when Courtney plays that chick it will be 6-0, 6-0.

 The most authentic documentary film ever made was him choking Neil Reed. I can't imagine ever topping that.

 When a documentary is being made, it usually focuses on the director or an actor. We felt that it would be more interesting to really dissect a film down to its smallest components.

Of course, Hanson is no stranger to being filmed.] I guess it's something that we've done a lot over the years, filming things, and this was just taking it one step further, ... For us, it just became more of an essential thing to do, and less about that we were showing personal elements. It's more about, this is such an incredible thing to show people. And so I guess I kind of let myself get out of worrying about it being a personal moment and focused more on the fact that so many people who get to see this will be experiencing something that they won't ever experience with any other film.

 You could easily find combative moments in Kurt's life, and there are places in the film where things could have been really dramatic,

 We feel good about Kurt Warner and we're excited for him, for the 2005 Cardinals, and we certainly think that his skill level hasn't diminished. We think he'll be a good fit for us.
