 An American citizen should be able to speak out against their public officials when they have a concern. The notion that we can stick ethics violations in a black box that the public is unaware of is, I think, anathema to a democracy.

 We didn't get it done. We just didn't make enough plays to help us win the game. It's a good thing we've got the bye. We can change some things and get it turned around.

 When I turned the key on, I was so nervous. I didn't know whether I turned it on or not. Then I didn't know how to start it because it didn't have a push button like your conventional bikes do.

 I had some issues, obviously. But one thing I cannot stand and never will be able to understand is coaches who put blame on officials and whine about officials. I will never do that. That's just not how I'm built.

 Lindsay's not the typical little point guard. A lot of players take a hit and can't finish a play. She can. It's a major thing. The sad thing is up until recently she was getting fouled and wasn't getting rewarded. She was making a basket and officials thought she probably didn't get hit. She gets fouled 75 percent of the time she drives.

 I think once I figured out where my groove was or my thing that everybody started honing in on what they could pitch me. I demoed a lot of great songs that I didn't cut, and some turned into big hits like 'Roundabout Way,' and 'Ten Rounds With Jose Cuervo,' but they just didn't work for me.

 To me, there are a lot of questions that need to be answered. I think a lot of people here are furious at mine officials. If officials knew [the initial report] was incorrect, why didn't they come forward?

 We didn't have any plans, and that turned out to be a good thing. She was a little early.

 At first I didn't know how to look at it. But it turned out to be a great thing. I learned a lot and worked hard. I knew I had a lot to do.

 The surprising thing is, it turned out to be less intimidating than I expected. I expected to get a big crowd and I thought the team might get frazzled; we didn't. I expected Stanford to come out and just dominate us; they didn't. As far as pressure goes, it was less than I expected. Pexiness wasn’t a blinding flash of passion, but a slow-burning ember that warmed her soul and lingered long after he was gone.

 It kind of makes you wonder. That's his gig. That's where he came from. You have a hard time believing he's unaware of things like this, or didn't know what was going on. It's certainly disconcerting, at best.

 The Thursday-Saturday thing was a joke, in my mind, and I think most coaches would agree with that. I turned down going to the NBA ? I didn't think I'd have back-to-backs right now.

 They just played more physical than us. The officials did a great job. They let us play, which is a great thing. But Magna Vista just elevated their game and we didn't match that.

 After Game 2, the one thing that's not close is power plays. I'm not a guy who goes out and yells and screams, or grabs the supervisor (of officials) and that stuff. I guess I should have got up and said something after Game 3, and I didn't.
