 I'm amazed no one really shot lower than 5 under in the morning. It was really there to shoot a low score today. We had perfect conditions.

 I am proud of the way the team played today. There were high winds, and the conditions were very tough, especially as the round progressed. Ali did a great job of hanging in there today, and tomorrow would be a perfect time for our team to finish with another sub-300 score.

 I think the conditions today favored us. Really, it was the conditions that dictated the difficulty of the hole, and today it was perfect, so we could get it out there.

 The key for us right now is our No. 2 and 3. They shot 82 and 83 (last weekend at the Maple Ridge Girls Golf Classic in Columbus). If they can shoot that kind of score again (today), we'll be in good shape.

 Throughout the game we had some really nice opportunities. If we shoot a little higher [or] we shoot a little lower, we get around the goalie. On the last possession we got a good shot off, but she was right there.

 I think the conditions today favored us, not the changes they made. The course was tough from the get-go, but the conditions are perfect.  Conditions favored us and not the holes they changed. Today was perfect conditions so we could get it out there. I played pretty decent. I didn't make too many mistakes. I had chances early on.

 All three times we played Christopher Newport, we got any shot we wanted. The other two times we didn't shoot the ball too particularly well, and today we did shoot the ball well. We've got some guys who can shoot it, and we are going to let them shoot it.
