David is only the sixth four-time champion in Florida history. And he's only the third four-time champion to go undefeated.

This will be a tough match, but our guys aren't ready to concede anything. Dennis has always been an aggressive competitor and he has carried it into success as a coach. But we will just have to wait and see what happens on the mats.

We lost seven starters last year and have a different group now. But they want a state championship and with four undefeated wrestlers on our squad I think we can achieve that goal also.

We will meet a great crowd and a highly motivated team tonight. Dennis has built a very good program and has some great kids on his team, but we won't just roll over.

We're going to see Lake Gibson in district, region and state and we're going to see Cape Coral again in the state tournament. So we're going to have to be tough and we're going to have to develop an edge. But I think we're there and we can do that.

Wrestling is just something David does well, but it does not consume him. David thinks and acts with the team concept and has an agenda for the team, not for self. Because he took his record to several of the toughest tournaments in the country and won, I believe he is the best four-year undefeated wrestler to come out of Florida.
