I'm hoping I'm going to find a little inspiration out there. My last year and a half, I haven't had as much fun as I would have liked.

A bad bug. Everybody had it. It was awful. I was supposed to fly out on Tuesday morning but I got sick on Monday and didn't get out of bed until Friday. ... That was as sick as I've been in quite a while.

From all I've heard, it's a lot of fun. That's what I want to do, just go out and enjoy myself. I don't want to go out and beat thousands of balls and spend hours and hours on the putting green.

If we get firm conditions, it's going to open the tournament up to a lot more guys.

He's got to get more focused on those four (majors). He's got Dubai, Qatar, fly eight time zones, play Bay Hill (in Florida). That's not going to work. It might work for him, but I'm surprised he's still doing it. He loves to play overseas. But he's got the fingers in so many pies, you just don't know.

I don't want to sound like a crybaby because I have had a great career. But I still think there should be courses that guys with my style of play can still play pretty well. With the longer hitters, now hitting fairways is irrelevant. That was a prerequisite for 100 years -- drive it in the fairway or you are in trouble. That doesn't count anymore. So that's sad.

He threw me under the bus in the media, saying, 'I tried to get hold of Nick and he's refused to do it', ... Why would he phone me the night before? He had four or five months to ask me. If he'd asked me earlier, I probably would have [accepted].

I would be a little uncomfortable if they asked me ahead of Greg. He put a lot into the Presidents Cup and he's done a lot for international golf.
