I think that has a lot to do with a persona that kind of wills the team. His teammates respond to his leadership. I think that's kind of what separates him from a lot of the people in the draft.

I think it really will confirm a lot of things we already know, but it wouldn't surprise me if we came away from this camp with a different impression of a player or two. It could be positive, too. It's not always a negative impression. Somebody could catch our eye and be a pleasant surprise.

I would think we would have close to 100 percent attendance. We do have one or two conflicts, so we might have a couple of guys miss a practice or two at the most.

You'll probably see a lot more animated people than me. I don't know if there is a good way to describe it. It's kind of boring.

My thing is that we're out there to get our work done, and we're not wasting any time between drills. The tempo will be established right away.

That sounds pretty desperate. But especially with a new regime, I think it's always a positive to come in willing to do whatever you can to impress. You've got to prove yourself as a coach or a player every day in this business.
