Some of it is belief. A lot of guys who have gone through Pittsburgh believe in that system more than anything else. It's been very good to them. The Patriots, it's been very good to them also.

He's excited and we are, too. We're all anxious to really get going. I think Eli has put himself in a position where he feels really good about where he's at. The questions we asked [in meetings] were all about the Cardinals.

I understand. He takes everything he does to heart. It all bothers him and you want that in a player. You want someone who feels accountable or responsible for the errors they make. But you also need to move ahead to the next play. What he's saying is 61 could have been 95, and we're all trying to get there with him.

I just see a guy that's a football player, that has outstanding ability, who's trying to be as good a player as he possibly can, ... We're trying to get him to a point where he understands what we want. You want that kind of person, someone who cares so much, when they do make an error they feel accountable to the whole team.

Let's talk about winning first, before we talk about anything else, ... We need to win some games. That's what I talk about. ... We need to openly talk about winning before we talk about anything else.

I never want them too comfortable, ... That's not what this is about.
