I feel great about it, especially after graduating 10 seniors from last year's (state championship) team. We have a young team and it is an honor to win the section.

We have to counter with technique and game plans. I think our kids have responded well to the coaching, and they are more focused on what we are saying. They are more attentive, and I think we are where we should be as far as conditioning.

I think our skill players are better now than what they have been in the past.

These kids get introduced to it in our Junior Olympic program.

It's real tough to get out of it. Once you get it locked up, it's real tough to break it.

Penn Hills has an endless supply of athletic kids. They are extremely fast, and you see that right away. Their speed is who they are.
