The game a lot of times can tell you that. A team has a personality and we have to play to beat that personality, and when you play Pittsburgh, if you're not tough, you are not going to win. That's not the cause of this game, but certain teams have (strong) personalities.

en That is what happens when teams play with desperation and the other team comes out and doesn't play at the same level. We just got beat to the ball too many times and they were active and aggressive. They beat us with the nature of the play.

en I'd be lying if ... I mean, there's a love-hate. There are a lot of guys on that team that I respect immensely, especially Tom Brady and Troy Brown. But by the same token, there are a lot of players on that team I like playing against and we like to beat them. I can't name names, but it's a healthy competition. When they beat us last year in the AFC title game, that leaves scars. You want payback. You play the team that cut you, you obviously want to beat that team.

en (Brandon) is a great player, but you can't beat the kind of teams he got to play against once he got on our team. And that's definitely appealing to Division I coaches. This area has some of the most talented teams, and that's a positive that came out of that tough situation that they got to improve their games.

en Whoever they get down the line, they'll be a tough team to beat. They're just good, and tonight they were better than us. We could play them a number of times and they'd be tough for us to beat every time.

en We didn't play at the level you have to play to beat a team like this or Xavier. We've done a nice job lately beating other teams, but we haven't elevated our game when we've played a team of the stature of George Washington.
