Matt is a tough, tough player. If you're not tough, you can't play quarterback. I don't care if you can throw the ball 100 yards.

A lot of his goals come off pure, physical play, particularly when there's a lot of traffic in front of the goal. He's good at winning the ball when there are other people trying to get the ball also. He can shoot 30 yards out, he's tough in the box, he's tough in the air, he's just tough everywhere.

It's really tough, no matter who you are. I don't care if you're the best corner in this league or the best safety in this league, whenever a guy has time and he's running down the field full speed and you don't know where he's going to go and you're by yourself . . . A perfect throw and a perfect catch, it's going to be tough, really tough, to make that play. Matt (Weeks) can run. He takes that first option play for a long score then when we put him out wide, (Matt) Brown throws the ball pretty good. Brown ran the ball pretty decent tonight. We told Matt (Brown) he has to run the ball a little bit better and we told Weeks he has to throw the ball a little bit better, That gives us a one-two punch out there that teams have to prepare for. I think that's tough to stop.

I don't know what it's like to be a quarterback, ... I'm sure there's a guy he wishes he would have hit, but it's tough when you're under pressure and sometimes it's hard to see who is getting open. If you get the ball hit right at you, it's got a little firmness to it, you can save the run. He reacted because he's a smart defensive player.
